الأوردر هيوصلي إمتى؟ / When will I get my order?
طلبك هيوصلك خلال 3 أيام لو أنت في القاهرة أو الجيزة، وباقي المحافظات التوصيل بياخد أسبوع بالكتير من يوم ما نأكد معاك الأوردر.
Your order will arrive within 3 working days in Cairo and Giza, and up to a week for other governorates from the confirmation date.
مصاريف الشحن كام؟ / How much does shipping cost?
الشحن للقاهرة والجيزة ثابت بـ 75 جنيه. أما باقي المحافظات، فكل مكان وله سعر شحن مختلف هيظهرلك بالتفصيل وأنت في مرحلة الدفع (Checkout).
Shipping to Cairo and Giza is a flat rate of 75 EGP. For other governorates, shipping fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
أتابع الأوردر بتاعي إزاي؟ / How can I track my order?
تقدر تتابع حالة أوردرك، تعدله، أو حتى تكنسله في أي وقت.. ابعتلنا بس رسالة (DM) على صفحاتنا الرسمية على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام وهنرد عليك فوراً.

ينفع أقيس الشوز وأشوفه قبل ما أدفع؟ / Can I try the shoes before paying?
طبعاً! حقك تعاين الشوز وتقيسه براحتك والمندوب واقف معاك قبل ما تدفع أي جنيه، عشان تضمن إن المقاس والجودة مظبوطين على الشعرة.
Absolutely! You can check and try on the shoes with the courier to make sure the fit and quality are perfect before paying

عشان تجيب المقاس صح ومن أول مرة، بص بصة على "جدول المقاسات" اللي سايبينه لك هنا في السايت وهيظبطك.

إيه نظام الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع؟ / What is the return and exchange policy?
عشان بنحافظ على نظافة وجدية حاجتنا، مفيش استرجاع أو استبدال بعد ما المندوب يمشي. بس متقلقش، أنت ليك كامل الحرية تجرّب الشوز والمندوب معاك؛ لو طلع مش مقاسك أو مكنش نفس توقعك، تقدر ترجعه في ساعتها مع المندوب ومبتدفعش غير مصاريف الشحن بس
To maintain product quality, we don't offer returns or exchanges after the courier leaves. However, you can try them on delivery; if you change your mind or need a different size, just send them back with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
